Carter Agency was a creator-management and influencer-marketing agency founded in New York in 2020 by Josh Popkin and his brother, Ben Popkin. It represented TikTok creators with one to ten million followers and connected them to brand campaigns for companies including Cap'n Crunch, Nissin Foods, Samsung, HP, Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta and Netflix. It closed in 2024 when both founders moved on to separate projects.
